Alt-pop with a gothic edge
I have to admit, I didn’t know much about Pale Waves before last week. I had been listening to them for years on AltNation on my satellite radio, but I had never gone beyond that medium. So before heading into the show last night, I did my homework listened to a boatload of their catalog.
This band has been around since 2014, a lifetime in the entertainment industry. Their first two albums charted pretty well and the third album is due August 12 of this year. Unfortunately, we only got to hear two cuts from the new album. But they were fantastic anyway and I’d definitely love to see them again!
